First things first, Let's talk about Black Friday…

No Returns or Exchanges on any merchandise purchased online or instore during our Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale, or the days in between.

The following section applies to all other days of the year, unless otherwise specified.

Here's everything you need to know about our Return & Exchange Policy:

Our standard Return/Exchange policy lasts thirty days. If thirty days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include: Gift Cards. Swimwear. Underwear and Footwear (Socks and Flip-Flops).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The Process:

To start the process, send an email to info@stelliestm.com with the details of the product you are returning preferably including a photo and the size (or simply your order number), and we will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions (if applicable).

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If the reason for the return/exchange was our mistake, we will cover the cost of transport. If not, transport and any additional costs will need to be covered and arranged by you. We do offer assistance in such cases, but may be at an additional cost.

If an exchange is approved, we will do our best to get the right product to you as fast as possible, with personal correspondence. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you would prefer a Refund (subject to approval) your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or processed by EFT. The time taken to complete such a transaction will depend on the transaction type and the banks involved. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
